She's spent two decades in senior People and Culture roles across government, community, and national organizations - the kind of experience that teaches you what matters when things get real. She's also the author of "Their Workplace, Your Business", a practical guide for leaders who want to get people strategy without the corporate theatre and "The AI-Enabled Leader", which explores how leaders can integrate AI thoughtfully while protecting culture, judgement, and human connection.
